At Mountjoy Music Studio, I am committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit my website (mountjoymusic.com) or interact with music lessons and studio services.

If I collect any information at all, which is rarely, I collect only the personal information necessary to provide my services, such as your name, contact details (email, phone number, mailing address), and payment information. I use this information solely for the purposes for which it was collected, including scheduling lessons, processing payments, sending invoices or receipts, and communicating with you about your lessons, studio updates, or related services. I do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties(and don't specifically store this information beyond the email you might have sent it to me in and game data is encoded for use in the Elemental Secrets game) except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

I implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include physical, technological, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. For example, someone would have to break into my email or physically break into my studio and steal my laptop while its still warm. Then without letting it get cold know how to use it to gain access to my Areal server and then translate my custom encoded game data into a use-able form. If this actually happens someday then let me just say... wow, man... all that over my music lessons? I'm flattered.
